Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

We currently ship to:

Additional countries may be added in the future.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package size, and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Tracking
Tracking will be provided for orders shipped with a tracked shipping service.
Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking. If you select one of these options, tracking information will not be available.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Timeless Decants has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Timeless Decants is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
While we are happy to assist with locating delayed packages whenever possible, Timeless Decants cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Postal disruptions
- Other events beyond our control
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Authenticity
All fragrances sold by Timeless Decants are authentic and sourced from genuine retail bottles.
Fragrances are carefully transferred into independently prepared travel atomizers. Timeless Decants is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the fragrance brands we offer.
