What are fragrance decants?
A decant is a smaller amount of fragrance transferred from an original bottle into a travel-sized atomizer. Decants allow you to try and enjoy fragrances without purchasing a full-sized bottle.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All fragrances are purchased from trusted retailers and decanted from genuine bottles.
Are you affiliated with the fragrance brands?
No. Timeless Decants is an independent fragrance retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any fragrance brand. Brand names are used only to identify the fragrances being offered.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer multiple sizes:
- 2mL
- 3mL
- 5mL
- 10mL
Each size comes in a portable atomizer, perfect for testing, travel, or everyday use.
How long will my fragrance last?
This depends on how often you use it. As a general estimate:
- 2mL: around 20–30 sprays
- 3mL: around 30–45 sprays
- 5mL: around 50–75 sprays
- 10mL: around 100–150 sprays
How are orders packaged?
Each order is carefully packaged to help protect your fragrance during shipping. Decants are sealed and placed in protective packaging before being shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like the scent?
Because fragrance preferences are personal, we cannot offer refunds based on not liking a scent. We recommend trying a smaller size before purchasing a larger decant.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to help maintain its quality.
